Planning your visit
What to know before a Edmonton inspection
Site orientation and permits
Plants and industrial sites may need orientation, safety tickets, permits and escorts. Send these requirements with your enquiry so they are arranged before the visit, not on the day.
Scan when the heat load is real
Cold winters put electric heat, block-heater circuits and heat trace under their heaviest load, while cooling and ventilation peak in summer. Book the visit for when the equipment you care about is working hardest.
Shift work
Identify any equipment that runs only on particular shifts, so it is scanned while carrying its normal load.
Send us these details
- Site address and access contact
- Approximate panel and equipment count
- Normal operating hours and loading
- Insurer’s request and deadline, if applicable
What you receive
Thermal and visual photos, equipment identification, findings ranked by priority and repair recommendations, usually within 10 business days. Anything urgent is reported to your site contact before we leave.
