Planning your visit

What to know before a Calgary inspection

Scan when the load is real

Calgary winters put electric heat, block-heater circuits and heat trace under their heaviest load, while cooling and ventilation peak in summer. Book the visit for when the equipment you care about is working hardest.

Outdoor equipment and the weather

Wind cools and sun heats outdoor surfaces, which can hide or exaggerate a problem on pad-mount transformers, switchyards and rooftop units. We plan outdoor scans for calm conditions where possible and record the conditions in the report.

Site access

Downtown buildings often need building-management approval, loading-dock or elevator bookings and access to tenant electrical rooms. Industrial sites may need orientation, safety tickets, permits and escorts. Send these with your enquiry.

Send us these details

  • Site address and access contact
  • Approximate panel and equipment count
  • Normal operating hours and loading
  • Insurer’s request and deadline, if applicable

What you receive

Thermal and visual photos, equipment identification, findings ranked by priority and repair recommendations, usually within 10 business days. Anything urgent is reported to your site contact before we leave.
